This role is on-site and requires in-office presence in London 4 days a week. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our London office.
As the People Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the People Operations team dedicated to delivering exceptional employee experiences through efficient HR processes and effective facilities management. Your focus will include employee lifecycle management, compliance, and enhancing a dynamic office environment that fosters collaboration.
In this position, you will coordinate facilities operations and provide essential HR support while collaborating with colleagues across different time zones, including our US-based People team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable exposure to global People Operations and may occasionally require flexible hours 2-3 times a year during high peak times.
To thrive in this role, you should be a client-oriented problem solver with a passion for helping others and a strong interest in both People Operations and facilities management. This is an on-site position requiring your presence in our London office four days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management
Global Onboarding: Drive the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires, processing all onboarding tasks accurately and ensuring compliance with established timelines.
Global Offboarding: Execute compliant offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees.
HRIS Management: Maintain accurate HRIS data for payroll, reporting, and compliance purposes, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
Office Operations Support
Serve as the primary contact for the London office, managing badge access, announcements, and vendor relationships to facilitate a productive work environment.
Collaborate with team members to support local culture initiatives by planning and executing team gatherings and coordinating employee experience activities.
HR Support
Manage and triage employee inquiries through HR service channels, ensuring timely responses and effective issue resolution while adhering to compliance standards.
Assist with compliance-related tasks and support the auditing process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date to maintain organizational integrity during audits.

The impact you will have in 6 Months:
Establish strong relationships within the global People Operations team, becoming a trusted resource for HR procedures and office support.
The impact you will have in 12 Months:
Independently manage key HR processes, proactively suggest improvements, and enhance the overall employee experience in the office.
The base salary for this position ranges between £45,000 - £48,000 GBP. Base salary will vary based on relevant experience, job-related skills and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus of up to 10% of base salary, contingent upon Fullstory meeting its performance targets.
