Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of Professional Services engagements for enterprise customers. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer business outcomes.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage multiple Professional Services engagements from kickoff through completion
- Ensure delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations
- Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact
- Develop and maintain project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations
- Ensure adherence to Professional Services processes and standards
- Support pre-sales and identify expansion opportunities

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in engagement/project/program management
- 8–10+ years in Professional Services or enterprise delivery
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream deployments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, security, or IoT environments
- Experience with global deployments
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Zoho Project
