Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Supply Chain executive will be responsible for the forecasting and managing the supply chain of Aqua, Ruminant, Companion, and MAHI businesses. This position will focus on improving forecast accuracy and implementing our company QR code system. The Supply Chain executive will leverage analytical skills and supply chain knowledge to align production with demand, optimize inventory levels, and enhance customer experience.

PRIMARY ACTIVITIES/

Forecasting:

• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and production schedules.

Support our company QR Code Implementation:

• Coordinate with the manufacturing site and the warehouse to ensure a smooth transition from the old system to the QR code system.
• Coordinate with IT to enhance logistics efficiency and ensure real-time tracking of product flow.
• Improve customer experience by enabling access to critical product information via QR codes.

Order Management:

• Create and manage orders in SAP.
• Following the delivery date of pending orders
• Working with the customs broker to import products

Inventory management:

• Review the inventory and plan the replenishment to ensure inventory level meet to all requirements and minimize write off.
• Review provision with BU monthly.
• Reconcile inventory weekly/monthly with the warehouse & perform physical count at year end.

Manage the performance of customs broker, the warehouse to ensure compliance and efficiency Collaborate with QA site for temperature excursion shipments or damaged products. Other duties as assigned

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work under pressure and compliance with strict deadlines
• Willingness to develop professionally with positive "can do" attitude

Desired Experience/Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management
• Familiar with ERP Software, SAP system

Functional Competencies Required

• Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices, particularly in demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Understanding of logistics operations and customer service principles.
• Experience with importation and customs clearance processes.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel
