Job Description

The Training Expert designs, develops, and implements Finance and Insurance, Sales, and Service Managers and training for Independent Agencies, Dealerships, and Credit Unions. Fee based training is used as a competitive advantage to encourage agencies to bring new business to Allstate Dealer Services. Training is adaptable to the direct channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized training programs for a strategic partner, with a focus on automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) products and sales process

• Design and develop online training videos

• Evaluate training effectiveness using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), performance metrics, and participant feedback to ensure measurable impact.

• Continuously update and enhance training content by incorporating industry trends, best practices, and principles of adult learning.

• Collaborate with Allstate Dealer Services leadership to assess training needs and implement targeted learning strategies that drive performance outcomes.

• Coordinates with Sales and Product Development on training needs for new product development, as well as expanding product offerings, partners and obtains agreements on private label certification programs for their dealerships.

• Develops new areas of opportunities for training and support needs within the automotive & Finance and Insurance industry.

• Designs, develops and implements best in class Finance & Insurance training for Independent Agencies, Dealerships, and Credit Unions

• Manage and participate in ad-hoc special projects

• Publish in trade publications

• Facilitate online and in-person Finance and Insurance Training and Agent

• Major interaction with contracting associates, direct sales team, marketing associates, accounting associates, and with agents and accounts.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or related roles, ideally within in-dealership automotive

• Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience is required.

• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver creative, high impact training methodologies that promote knowledge retention and skill application.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

• Proven track record of delivering training that improves sales performance and operational effectiveness.

• Willingness to travel extensively; travel will be 60% - 70%

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 104,000.00 - 187,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
