As a Business Operations Analyst in the Information Technology Group (ITG), you will work with teams across ITG, Global Business Services (GBS), architecture, and business stakeholders to define and enable new data and analytics capabilities. You will establish and grow relationships with customers to enable them to deliver on their business outcomes.

• You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, related technical degree, or equivalent work experience

• You have at least 5 years’ experience in data engineering a/o data visualization roles, including data ingestion, architecture and modeling, provisioning, data and solution analysis, business requirements analysis, analytics and visualization

Preferred experience:

· Data Extract-Transform-Load tools: Alteryx, Power Automate, Python, SQL

· Data Storage: SQL Data Warehouse, File-based Storage (e.g. NAS, SharePoint)

· Data Visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI

· Analysis skills: Statistical analysis, Narrative development, Solution analysis

· Business and Data Acumen skills

• You are proficient at building relationships and networking with a wide group of stakeholders

• You have demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within Agile delivery teams

• You can elicit requirements from customers, and partner with global business and technology teams, architecture, and external vendors to propose technology solutions

• You build cogent narratives from analyses that enhance decision-making

• You have strong communication and presentation skills

Orange County Base Salary Range: $86,424-$138,278

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
