Responsibilities:

Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and shipping regulations.
Maintain accurate shipping logs, including packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery receipts.
Collaborate with Operations, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any issues related to shipments.

Support with training of new employees, orientation and any other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience (2+ yrs) in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.

Bilingual English - Spanish preferred.
