What You Will Do:
 

Guidehouse is seeking a Transformation Program Manager to support a federal government client with the launch and implementation of a comprehensive organizational transformation of the client’s contracting office. The transformation initiative includes several discrete workstreams including performance management, a quality assurance program, communications planning, process mapping and process improvement, workforce analysis and workforce planning, and change management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading teams to develop project plans and outcome goals and execute activities, tasks, and methods to achieve specific project results.

  • Communicating a strategic vision, scope, priorities, processes, systems, and tools as it relates to organizational effectiveness, quality improvement, process improvement, and performance management / metrics.

  • Managing the development of and generating executive-level presentations and reporting on team activities identifying trends, gaps, and potential improvements.

  • Directly supporting the design and implementation of standard operating procedures, as well as monitoring processes to align with departmental policies, federal regulations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).


What You Will Need:

  • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance 

  • Bachelor's degree

  • SEVEN (7) years of experience in a project manager capacity

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance

  • PMP

  • Experience leading or supporting client-facing meetings and engaging clients at various levels, some of whom are high-level executives and political appointees, with diverse perspectives.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to navigate complex business environments and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

  • Demonstrated ability to craft solutions and articulate impacts to a client’s line of business in a clear and concise manner.
