Job Description

Market & Business Support

  • Conduct basic market research, data collection, and competitor tracking under manager direction.
  • Support the preparation of business documents, including presentations, reports, pricing comparison tables, and launch plans.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Execute planning and operational tasks related to product launch, marketing materials, events, or customer communication.
  • Support distributor and partner documentation, meeting preparation, and follow-up tasks.

Customer & KOL Interaction

  • Prepare meeting materials, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.
  • Collect customer feedback and incorporate it into reports for internal stakeholders.

Additional Duties

  • Support the origination team for a specific sector or region, with opportunities to interface with clients.
  • Gain an understanding of the competitive marketplace.
  • May also support general office administration for the team.
  • Broaden knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups to execute policy/strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Basic experience in Sales & Outside Sales.
  • Education level comparable to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and functions.
  • Ability to work with high accuracy, responsibility, and adaptability in changing environments.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
