Alexander McQueen is currently seeking a Distribution Admin Assistant, who will support the Distribution Planning Team in London.

Your Opportunity?

Alexander McQueen is in search of a Distribution Admin Assistant to support our Distribution Planning & Supply Chain department. This role will be the key supporting administrative function for the Distribution Planners.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

How you will contribute?

  • Process changes to store and market assortment parameters to help drive SKU efficiency and stock availability.
  • Enter stock targets, orders, and parameters into the Distribution ERP system.
  • Create/Update and distribute daily business reporting for the team.
  • Monitor/Launch replenishment (locally) on a daily basis and execute any necessary stock allocations, taking into consideration sales, stock levels, and market priorities.
  • Perform weekly uniform allocations and, also the annual uniform allocation across markets.
  • Provide administrative assistance to Distribution Planners in their daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Central, Regional & Outlet Merchandising teams.
  • Support with additional ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Who you are?

  • Previous experience working in the fashion industry is a plus but not essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly Numerate
  • Confident in working with systems and high volumes of complex data.
  • Strong organizational skills, to effectively manage a fast paced and varied workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work within a team and confident in speaking with a number of stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Italian or additional languages is a plus.
