The Retail Technical Analyst will be responsible for the support and enhancement of the LATAM Skechers Retail systems, including POS and other store impacting systems. As the Retail Technical Analyst, you will work closely with the Local IT departments to ensure Skechers LATAM Retail stores are fully supported.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide tier 3 technical support for Retail POS and related systems including direct store support as needed.
- Collaborate with the Service Desk to ensure the resolution of escalated tickets.
- Conduct and coordinate Retail-related software and hardware deployments.
- Manage change control processes for Retail Stores.
- Work with the Service Desk and Retail New Store Openings team to manage the implementation of new store opening tasks.
- Ensure proper POS UAT lab maintenance.
- Execute, monitor, and maintain data distribution and interfaces to/from POS systems.
- Perform release tracking and document implementations.
- Perform and build systems monitoring and alerting.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and any retrospective tasks.
- Configuration and maintenance activities to support and update POS and Retail related systems.
- Collaborate with the Local and US IT teams to drive the Skechers Retail systems strategy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Retail POS support required.
- Ability to speak multiple languages, English and Portuguese are desirable.
- Experience with XStore POS, Sales Audit, and Promos/Pricing are desirable.
- Experience in Agile SDLC is preferred.
- Must have a least 5 years of experience working in backend development in latest technologies.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision.
- Experience with Payment gateway solutions.
- Relevant degree in computer science or a related technical field is required.
- Availability to travel.
