The Role
Are you passionate about philanthropy and eager to collaborate with ultra-high net worth donors and advisory firms? As Premium Services Account Manager for the Advisor Experience team, you’ll (support a sophisticated group of seasoned professionals to deliver superior philanthropic solutions) OR (navigate the most complex situations with some of Fidelity Charitable’s largest clientele and deliver exceptional outcomes). Your role is critical in ensuring optimal collaboration, teamwork, and transaction execution. We’re seeking an innovative leader with significant experience in optimizing teams to reach peak performance. Your ability to inspire, guide, and mentor associates is essential. Additionally, you’ll drive projects that enhance our service offerings, streamline processes, and elevate advisor experiences. Analytical insights and strategic thinking are critical to your role. Educating your team on new program offerings that you help create, facilitating training discussions, and fostering collaboration with business partners will be central to your responsibilities. Ultimately, your focus will be on cultivating strong relationships across Fidelity Charitable and the Fidelity enterprise, driving happiness, high quality, and efficiency to build lasting connections for years to come.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
