Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration and Network Analytics. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the administration and maintenance of Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) infrastructure. - Provide technical support for critical business systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for complex technical issues. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and system diagrams. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration and Network Analytics, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of Network Analytics. - Strong understanding of storage area network (SAN) architecture and protocols. - Experience with storage management tools such as Netapp OnCommand System Manager. - Experience with backup and recovery solutions such as Netapp SnapCenter. - Solid grasp of network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
