Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate sustained client relations management experience at a C suite level or operated at a senior management level in the industry role.
  • Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables.
  • Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.
  • Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
  • Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
  • Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.

  • Experience in the Financial Services industry with in depth knowledge of the key trends in the industry.
  • Master proficiency in Program Project Management is required. Expert level of proficiency in Scope Management is recommended.
  • Estimation and Planning with Expert proficiency, Risk Management with Expert proficiency, Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) with Expert proficiency are suggested skills.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders regularly
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project scope alignment with business goals
