Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive automation, improve CI/CD pipelines, and support our cloud-native initiatives across Azure and AWS environments. The ideal candidate is passionate about DevOps best practices, has deep experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions to support rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
• Contribute to the standardization and rollout of Terraform modules that align with AMN’s security and compliance requirements.
• Support the migration and consolidation of build infrastructure into Kubernetes clusters to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues across cloud environments.
• Document solutions and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and reusability across teams.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance DevOps workflows, and actively support company-wide AI initiatives by integrating intelligent automation, monitoring, and optimization into infrastructure and deployment processes.

Key Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, BICEP, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices, including Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS, including containerization, cloud-native architecture, and API management.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on clarity and documentation.

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience

Additional Experience

• Software engineering experience
• Extensive experience with Azure and AWS, including: Cloud infrastructure design and management, Cloud native designs, Containerization, API Management, and Github

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
• Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate

$113,500 - $134,500 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
