Purpose;

Angle Auto Finance is an independent financier in Australia, bringing a modern platform and a flexible business approach to help more Australians with their car purchase.

The purpose of this role is to support Service to our Novated Lease Introducers for all managed novated accounts.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities;

• Provide proactive support to third party introducers and customers by exceeding customer expectations within agreed Service Level Agreements

• Payout letters/Residual letters/Residual Tax invoice

• Statement and document requests

• Processing cessations

• Processing account re-novations

• Reviewing and processing refunds on managed accounts

• Liaising with Novated Introducers on security substitution

• Supporting Novated Introducers through answering queries regarding active accounts via phone and email

• Supporting direct customers through answering queries on accounts and processes via phone and email

• Relationship Managers

• Collections Department

• Customer Care

Qualifications & Experience;

• Strong customer service experience, building customer rapport

• Internal and external relationship and stakeholder management

• Ability to work in a fast pace, high volume environment

• Demonstrated ability for attention to detail and time management

• Experience managing multiple and competing customer priorities

• Clear and consistent communication with stakeholders
