Your Team's Impact:
Portfolio Services offers continuous, round-the-clock support to ensure clients’ portfolio and security data is always accurate and up to date. The team actively oversees the entire process—from data gathering to analysis and reporting—promptly addressing any issues and keeping clients informed. This commitment helps clients rely on the integrity and reliability of their portfolio information at all times.
As part of this team, you will collaborate directly with clients to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues arising from workflow processing and data accuracy within their portfolio operations. You will also engage with various external stakeholders to ensure that fixed income analytics for client portfolios are both accessible and precise. The role involves monitoring portfolio workflows, proactively addressing any concerns related to data or analytics, and providing timely solutions to client challenges. Additionally, you will maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed on the status and resolution of issues, ensuring a high level of reliability and trust in the information provided.

What You'll Do:

60% Client and Process Management

• Receive, review, and remediate workflow warnings and errors, including file delays and file size warnings, within portfolio processes.
• Act as the first line of defence for any workflow delays by promptly identifying issues and taking corrective actions.
• Follow client-specific escalation contacts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to manage workflow interruptions efficiently.
• Proactively reach out to escalation contacts in the event of delays, warnings, or workflow failures to minimize business impact.
• Research and resolve critical fixed income analytics issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within client portfolios.
• Perform thorough analytics reviews and reconcile discrepancies or data anomalies impacting portfolio performance.
• Communicate directly with clients to address and resolve analytics and workflow-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with clients to provide quick and effective solutions for all workflow and analytics concerns.
• Maintain exceptional client service standards while ensuring that all issues are investigated and resolved according to deadlines and client expectations.
• Document actions, resolutions, and communications for ongoing improvement and compliance purposes.
20% Automation and Script Support

• Monitor automated critical client processes to ensure their smooth operation and effectiveness.

• Utilize command-line tools (e.g., PGP, ZIP) and file transfer utilities (e.g., FTP, SFTP/SCP/SSH) to manage and troubleshoot automated processes.

20% Training and Floor Support

• Use real-life work experience to find problems in the process and help make and improve the standard operating procedures (SOPs).

•Provide immediate floor support for queries raised by team members, ensuring all internal queries are addressed and resolved promptly.

  • Basic understanding of fixed income analytics and financial products

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

  • Qualification: MBA Finance Mandatory

  • Experience: 0 to 1 Year

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing deadlines effectively

  • Good communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams

  • Strong client service orientation and professionalism

  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
