About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, builder-minded Marketing Manager to design, launch, and run our marketing engine from the ground up.
This is an opportunity to build and shape something meaningful from the ground up. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, turning ideas into campaigns, and continuously testing and refining their work while seeing a direct impact on growth.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to create marketing that moves the business - campaigns that drive demand, content that earns attention, and systems that turn insight into action. You will manage a small internal and external team, bringing strategy, clarity, and prioritization to ensure all efforts are aligned and impactful.
This role requires experience working within both house-of-brands and branded-house models, and the ability to navigate the nuance between them. Knowing how to manage, position, and market individual brands with distinct identities, and also work within a single, unified brand system where consistency and brand equity are critical.
