Summary: We are seeking a skilled Ping Identity professional to implement & support and manage enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Ping Identity suite (PingFederate, Ping Directory , PingID, and related components) Roles & Responsibilities: -Hands-on experience on atleast 2 products- PingFederate, PingDirectory, or PingID. -Lead the team of 4 FTE on engineering & operational tasks. -Configure SSO (Single Sign-On), federation protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC) and adaptive authentication policies. -Install, configure, and maintain PingDirectory servers, replication servers, and proxy servers. -Migrate existing LDAP infrastructure to PingDirectory, including data transformation and schema alignment. -Handle day-to-day support, including performance tuning, patching, upgrades, log analysis, and backup/recovery. -Troubleshoot complex authentication and federation issues in production environments. -Knowledge of SSL/TLS, certificates management, and secure token services -Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and compliance targets are met or exceeded.’ Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ping Identity. - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and frameworks. - Experience with identity and access management solutions. - Knowledge of security compliance standards and regulations. - Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Ping Identity. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
