Operations Manager - Food & Nutrition - Retail, Catering, Vending - Day Shift

In this role, you will oversee retail, catering and vending activities for Weill Cornell Medical Center. You'll use your vision to create a culinary destination, overseeing the food and beverage program, from procurement and production to sales and marketing. Ensure flawless execution of services through training, standardized processes, and engagement, upholding stringent standards for food safety, regulatory standards, and guest satisfaction across all venues.  As an empathetic and service-oriented leader, with exceptional communication skills, and a growth mindset, you will build relationships with all key stakeholders, optimize financial performance, elevate the customer experience, and implement digital platforms to improve efficiencies.

This is a full time, day shift position.

Preferred Criteria

  • Strong culinary background
  • Restaurant and retail leadership experience

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food Administration, or related field or equivalent years of experience
  • Five to seven years experience in managing professional and service employees
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
