Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Engineer with strong technical knowledge of air compressors and industrial equipment. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new markets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial segments

  • Promote and sell air compressor systems and related solutions

  • Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions

  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners

  • Coordinate with service and technical teams for smooth project execution

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

  • Ensure timely payment collection from customers

Skills:

  • Strong technical understanding of air compressors and industrial equipment

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to handle B2B sales and industrial clients

  • Knowledge of costing, tendering, and contract terms

  • Willingness to travel extensively

Experience: 5–10 Years

  • Experience in selling industrial compressors, dryers, or pneumatic systems

  • Exposure to OEMs, manufacturing plants, and process industries

 

Education: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
