As Yield Enhancement data analysis engineer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide data analysis from first silicon to mature yield on all major product lines. Use data analytics to help find opportunities to improve wafer yield while also meeting wafer reliability and cost goals.
  • Analyze end of line test, parametric and fab data to identify and source out design, process and test issues limiting yield. Feedback to the manufacturing teams to drive resolution to existing issues.
  • Monitor yield trends and rapid analysis of any yield drift.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to accelerate product to market timeline by applying device physics and semiconductor process knowledge to develop device performance prediction.
  • Assist data analysis in process, equipment and material evaluation / optimization initiatives and implement changes at process step.
  • Publish and present reports on analysis of process experiments.
  • Develop new tools for yield analysis to improve analysis efficiency and accuracy.
  • Improve yield by standardizing methods and procedures to promote consistent, comparable, and repeatable processes.
