Role Overview:

The Associate Product Manager is a role within Flutter Studios.

In Flutter Studios we seek to re-invent the way we develop in-house content from our studios and distribute that content to our Brand partners across Flutter including FanDuel, Paddy Power, Sky Vegas, Sisal, Betfair, Adjarabet and PokerStars Casino.

This role will be key in developing a deep understanding of our customers and their problems, bringing ideas to life with our significant Technology resources and colleagues while developing and learning about Product Management best practice and the industry we play in.

You will work on ensuring the platform we build to deliver in-house content maximises the value we can create from targeting our game studios at building games for our key customer personas. You will also develop platform capabilities to ensure the game play and promotional experience delights and engages customers and then seamlessly integrates to our brand partners to maximises the reach of our content.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will provide crucial support in product development and delivery process by taking up the following key responsibilities:

• Customer oriented: Put the customer at the heart of all decision making by collaborating with brand partners and having an understanding of the wider market trends

• Assist in product roadmap and manage key initiatives: Work closely with the broader Product team and key stakeholders from various departments, including Commercial, Technology, Marketing, Compliance, Insight, and Design, to develop the product roadmap informed by customer insights, commercial performance, regulatory needs, and market trends. Together with your Product Management peers, you will play an active role in driving the ideation, validation, design, and research phases.

• Users experience focus: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to optimize the user journey, ensuring an engaging, smooth, and secure gaming experience for users across desktop and mobile platforms.

• Data Collection and Analysis: Demonstrate the ability to drive efforts in gathering and analysing various data points across the platform to enable data-driven decisions for game development, platform enhancements, and distribution to our partners.

• Track product performance: Ability to use data to track key product metrics, assess product performance in partnership with stakeholders, and identify areas for improvement.

As part of this role, you will be developing deep relations with multiple partners and teams, including product, technology, data, marketing, and business verticals to work collaboratively.

Who we’re looking for:

A passionate and self-driven individual who has/is:

• Experience in an e-commerce environment is preferred; knowledge of the gambling industry or relevant domain is a plus but not mandatory

• 1-2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within product development is preferred but not mandatory

• Passion to solve problems with customer-centric mindset

• An effective communicator in all forms of communication, and can tailor your style to the audience, to include senior leadership

• Can-do attitude with both appetite and aptitude to learn, implement and grow

• A team player who can collaborate with multi-functional teams to support project delivery

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
