Q8Truck Operations Administrator

Your role 

As Administrator, you plan, organize and follow up on administrative activities within Q8Truck. You work closely with Finance, Procurement, Operations and Network Development and support multiple countries. 

• Reporting & declarations 
  You prepare and submit volume reports, statistics and external account declarations. Audit request? You have the documentation ready. 

• Financial & system administration 
  You create purchase orders, follow up on vendor requests and maintain SAP REM. You support cost center creation and perform Delegation of Authority checks together with the Financial Management team. 

• Data governance 
  Master data stays clean and consistent because you keep a close eye on it. 

• Project & AFE follow-up 
  You monitor end dates, KPI rules and ensure stakeholders receive clear reporting. 

• Operational support 
  You act as back-up for Network Administration and support translations where needed. 

In short: you create clarity, safeguard accuracy and keep processes on track.

What you bring 

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience 

• Experience in a similar administrative role is a plus 

• Solid general accounting knowledge 

• Strong PC and system skills, with an analytical mindset 

• Fluency in Dutch, French and English (other language is an advantage) 

• The ability to work smoothly in cross-functional and multinational teams
