Job Description:

The Real Estate Supervisor is responsible for global rent processes and ensuring data integrity within all real estate systems. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate recordkeeping, ensuring lease accounting compliance, and supporting financial controls. The Real Estate Supervisor serves as the primary liaison between Real Estate and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution of financial payment & reporting activities. In addition, this role provides leadership and guidance to Real Estate Specialists, driving continuous improvement, standardization, and operational excellence across all processes.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent – Preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience using PL/SQL or MS SQL – Preferred
  • Ability to build Power BI reports and analyze the data
  • Experience with process documentation and workflow optimization - Preferred
  • Experience with real estate lease management systems
  • Finance and accounting experience — specifically Accounts Payable
  • Understanding of ASC 842 lease accounting principles
  • Familiarity with SOX controls and providing audit support
  • Ability to interpret complex lease agreements and identify financial impacts
  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Strong analytical mindset identifying trends and recommending process improvements
  • Experience managing cross‑functional projects delivering results on schedule.
