Job Description:

SCOPE: The Guest Services Attendant serves as a first point of contact for patients, visitors, and guests arriving at the Cancer Center. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and supportive environment while ensuring safe and efficient patient drop-off and pick-up flow. The Guest Services Attendant assists patients entering and exiting the facility, communicates patient arrival information to the Guest Services team, and provides transportation assistance throughout the Cancer Center campus as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.    Greets and assists all incoming and outgoing patients and guests in a professional and welcoming manner    
2.    Transports patients to appointments and designated areas within the Cancer Center    
3.    Obtains and communicates accurate patient information to appropriate team members    
4.    Maintains efficient traffic flow in patient drop-off and pick-up areas    
5.    Other duties as assigned by leadership  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Experience assisting patients in a healthcare or medical setting required
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
