We are super passionate about helping customers on low income and benefits improve the insulation in their homes, to help reduce their bills and carbon emissions. We work with an internal and external supply chain insulating customer homes across the UK within the compliance rules of the ECO scheme.
If you’re customer focused and have a love of helping people this could be the role for you! You’ll be making a difference by validating customer’s applications for the schemes we run, making sure they’re eligible and informing them of the installation journey.
You’ll join the ECO Validation team, learning about the different schemes and looking after customer’s applications. Day to day, you’ll be supporting customers with their applications via both phone and email. You’ll need to have great attention to detail, be an excellent team player and the drive to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment.
The schedule for this role will be part-time hours (3 days a week, flexible between 20 & 22 hours with the possibility of some evening & weekend work.
