Two (2) brand-new, permanent full-time positions for the following SE QLD locations available:

  • Viridian Retirement Village Boondall
  • De La Salle Village Southport and Jabiru Villas Arundel (Gold Coast residents with local knowledge should apply)

Reporting to our Retirement Living Operations Manager, we are seeking a leader to manage the daily operations and support resident wellbeing. 

In this role you will:

  • Manage daily operations of the village services including maintenance and gardening standards, financial performance, safety and security
  • Enhance resident satisfaction by fostering a dynamic and inclusive community built on professionalism, mutual respect and open communication
  • Own the compliance process for the village by performing scheduled audits, checklists and administrative activities
  • Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders, residents and their families and visitors, other St Vincent’s teams, staff, contractors and supplies

With your knowledge of retirement village living, strong attention to detail and commendable work ethic, you will build and foster community pride & trust with the village as a preferred provider of retirement living services in the local community.

Things that work for us:

  • Previous operational experience working in Retirement Living essential;
  • Customer service and managerial experience highly regarded;
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word and Excel);
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload and achieve objectives;
  • Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with multidisciplinary team members;
  • Confident communication style with a supportive and compassionate nature;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills;
  • High level of financial literacy and strong sales process focus.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques to attract and engage consumers.
