•Lead new product introduction as a technical formulation developer of liquid adhesives
•Interact with application engineer/business/customers to identify new product opportunities
•Work with cross-functional team on driving new product commercialization by verifying product performance, validating manufacturing process, and setting material specification
•Apply disciplined project practices to prioritize, execute, and document your work
•Identify patent opportunities and support enterprise IP processes
•Enjoy the challenges of troubleshooting technically complex product issues
Qualification:
•Master or advanced degree in engineering or science (Polymer, Material, Chemical, etc.) with a minimum of 3 years new product development experience
•Demonstrated ability to design experiments, statistically analyze test results, make data-driven decisions, and deliver project results aiming at on-time in-full (OTIF)
•Self-motivated and directed with the ability to prioritize multiple projects on aggressive timelines
•Experience in related application/process/equipment of liquid adhesives as a plus
•Excellent communication skills with fluent English in written and spoken
