Reporting to the VP Business Development EMEA & APAC, this role will lead our commercial growth in China both by partnering with Chinese export driven agencies and Chinese advertisers. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to help own and build IAS’s China market presence.  

What you'll do:

• Own revenue growth for Chinese agencies and advertisers operating in and outside China
• Grow and build a team in line with revenue growth
• Partner with Chinese agencies to educate their advertisers on media quality and it’s impact on advertising ROI.
• Speak on behalf of IAS at key events across the mainland
• Build a pipeline of of deals across advertisers, agencies and partners
• Intersect with IASs existing global advertisers to support their Chinese media buying. 
• Work with leading brands and agencies to sell through the value of IAS’s full measurement, optimization and ROI product suite.
• Act as a consultant and source of truth for agencies and brands in China

What you'll need:

• 5-7 years experience in Media, Advertising or Adtech sales
• Demonstrable network of contacts at agencies and Tier 1 advertisers
• English and Mandarin, written and spoken proficiency.
• Highly self starting and motivated to deliver against revenue targets
• Experience learning and adapting in dynamic environments
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Able to influence partners and close deals
