- The Agency Engagement Manager is responsible for driving high levels of engagement among Sun Life advisors through strategic campaigns, events, and innovative initiatives. This role involves collaborating closely with the Agency Distribution team to launch and manage effective campaigns that motivate, support, and recognize the performance and commitment of our financial advisors. The incumbent will also be tasked with designing and executing engaging agency events to foster community and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Ability to motivate and inspire a team, ensuring that advisors stay engaged, enthusiastic, and aligned with company goals.

9. Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry
- Familiarity with the life insurance or financial services sector, including understanding the role of financial advisors, their needs, and their motivations.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Experience in campaign management, event planning, and advisor engagement.
