We’re seeking a strategic Program Manager to lead high-impact talent initiatives across the business. This role partners with senior leaders to scope, plan, and deliver complex programs that drive operational excellence and elevate the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resources.

• Build Gantt charts, analyse critical paths, and manage intersecting milestones.

• Lead risk, procurement, quality, and stakeholder engagement planning.

• Coach cross-functional teams, onboard talent, and support hiring efforts.

• Drive communication strategies across program teams and leadership.

• Influence without authority, resolve conflict, and maintain team morale.

• Align program goals with broader business strategy and customer needs.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/MBA preferred) and 8+ years’ experience.

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

• Proven ability to lead complex programs and cross-functional teams.

• High emotional intelligence, sound judgement, and a growth mindset.

This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep expertise and leadership. You’ll be a trusted advisor and technical expert in talent program delivery.

Travel Percentage: 10%
