Are you passionate about customer service, do you love to make customer smile? We're on the lookout for a  Customer Care Consultant to join our small and awesome team and help us deliver top-notch service to our customers! 

This role works in our Richmond office on Mondays, Tuesday and Thursdays and from home on Wednesdays and Friday.  You will work a rotating roster with hours between 8am and 6pm.

What you’ll be doing

• Handle calls and emails, making sure every customer feels heard and supported
• Aim for first-call resolutions, making sure our customers' needs are met quickly and efficiently
• True case management of customer issues,  using the best channels to get things sorted
• Find ways to make our processes simpler and more efficient, so we can focus on what matters most—our customers! 

About you

• A passion for customer service
• Awesome communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A knack for solving problems and paying attention to the details that matter.
• The ability to handle tough calls with empathy and professionalism.
