Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/ MCA/MBA or equivalent in, , , Economics,  Accounting, or Finance
  • Experience with managed services with focus on Treasury activities, including Cash and Liquidity Management, Foreign Exchange Risk Management, Treasury Accounting
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels
  • Excellent project management, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Must be a team player; able to work in virtual teams and independently
  • Curiosity about business and technology
  • Experience with the following technology tools will be a plus: Kyriba, GTreasury,  , FIS, ION applications or any other treasury systems

Position Responsibilities

As a specialist within RSM’s DDS Treasury practice, you will work with various sized clients and receive hands-on client experience and you will be responsible for providing the highest level of operational support to RSM clients. The candidate must demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile for the team’s success. You will be responsible for working with the Point Solutions practice leadership in the US to serve clients, by:

  • Model the core RSM values of respect and uncompromising integrity, succeeding together, excellence in all we do, impactful innovation, stewardship: acting responsibly in all interactions with clients and team members
  • Develop an understanding of the RSM’s DDS Treasury practice approach, methodology and tools
  • Executing solution delivery engagements
  • Discerning, defining, refining, and documenting client requirements
  • Effectively managing relationship with customer technical leads and business stakeholders
  • Thinking proactively and acting with complete follow-through
  • Building reports, dashboards and scorecards using a variety of tools to meet client requirements and measure client success
  • Providing ongoing support to existing clients
  • Collaborating and working effectively with consultants in different practices and help to build the offshore team capabilities in providing an integrated service delivery
  • Act as a subject matter Treasury expert providing knowledge and technical expertise
  • Perform technical and quality review of associate’s work
  • Train and support fellow team members to expand the managed services offering.
  • Work collaboratively as a part of the team and communicate effectively with RSM consulting professionals, supervisors, and senior management in the U.S. daily
  • Ensure professional development through ongoing education.

Shift: 12PM to 9PM IST
