This Specialist will plan and coordinate communication efforts focused on maintaining the positioning of Nissan Accessories through campaigns, monitoring indicators by model, synergy with cross-functional teams such as the sales area, after-sales, pre-owned, MARCOM, fleets. Creation, development, implementation and monitoring of cross-functional projects, as well as the assurance of tactical actions that support sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the performance of Accessories by model, market trends, sales volume and main competitors; Monitoring of Global, Regional and local KPIs and evaluating needs with the product team to propose actions to increase sales.

  • Carry out commercial offers to the end customer according to business needs (Increase ticket, decrease part number volume, etc.)

  • Carry out incentive programs for the sales force that promote the adequate increase in sales of products as well as monitoring and reporting to the commercial teams, the internal area and the dealer network.

  • Develop business plan for commercial offers and incentive plans with a focus on revenue, ticket increase, budget capacity, among others to achieve sales objectives.

  • Lead training for the distributor network on brand strategies and communication on connectivity products in synergy with the product team

  • Carry out Mystery Shoppers to better understand the current situation of the competition in terms of communication, commercial programs, benefits, etc.

  • Develop communication plans for the entire fiscal year involving various channels and stakeholders for each model's accessories (Nissan & INFINITI). Focus on budget efficiency.

  • Coordinate with the advertising agency the advertising materials, which are correctly located and have adequate exposure or if it requires renovation aligned with MARCOMM and Aftersales Marketing. Such as: Brochure, POS Material, Videos, TVC & Content for social media.

  • Propose and execute non-traditional advertising in points of sales to impact our buyer person.

  • Coordinate the communication actions of the 360° ​​advertising agency based on the requirement and need of the business unit.

  • Development of information/support material for different areas such as: “presentations, training information, virtual room, impact metrics by Nissan model (for internal and external use); Make presentations and corporate reports.

  • Create, develop, implement and monitor communication actions that guarantee success in achieving objectives such as awareness and impact on sales growth.

  • Manage internal and external communication materials.

  • Carry out communication campaigns in synergy with CRM with a focus on data segmentation aligned to business needs.

  • Maintain external relations with suppliers (Partnerships) with the objective to develop incentive plans for the sales force to improve the area’s performance.

  • Manage the administrative functions of each project in a timely manner.

  • Make mostly digital communication materials with the advertising agency through briefing and review of deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 3+ year of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive sector or a related industry.

  • Experience in development of commercial offerings and incentive programs.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-funtional teams.

  • Nice to have: Marketing Experience & Text writing.

  • Computer Skills: Excel, Power Point, DataBases.

  • Advanced level of English.

  • Capable of traveling approximately: 40% (annually).
