Sandvik Mining Rock Tools PU Wuxi is seeking a Financial Analyst.

The position would directly report to the Finance & Admin Manager, below please refer to the job description:  

Key performance areas:

• Adhere to all Sandvik EHS policies and procedures.

• Be responsible for internal control, execute the biannual test, monitor the actual process in the entity to meet group internal control requirements.

• Financial analysis through budget / forecast/ actuals by product account, division, or business unit, to dig out the cost variability and improve the cost efficiency.

• As the owner of Compliance activities, to follow up Enterprise Risk Management, Business Contingency Plan and entity compliance test.

• Company execution plan coordinator and follow up, monthly update and present the result to management team.

• Responsible for investment financial evaluation, fixed assets management, CIP follow up, tangible asset impairment.

• Month closing coordinator, to ensure the closing activities meet the timeline, review monthly TB, PRC report, local statutory and regulatory reporting.

• Assist external and internal audit, follow up and close all the findings and deviations.

• Assist quarterly forecast and yearly budget, input for global reporting.

• Back up of cost accountant.

• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Your profile:

• Gender/Age: No limit.

• Language Skill: Fluent Mandarin and English.

• Diploma / Degree: Bachelor or above.

• Major: Accounting or equivalent.

• PC skills, good presentation and advanced excel skills.

• Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.

• Must understand business process for the manufacturing company.

• At least 5 years' working experience in a multi-national enterprise with manufacturing environment, min. 3+ years costing and finance analysis experience.
