Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Senior Manager for Home Lending Servicing to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of digital and operational products supporting the end-to-end mortgage servicing lifecycle. This role is responsible for defining product vision, driving execution across cross-functional teams, and ensuring servicing platforms deliver stability, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and value for customers, servicing associates, and internal operations.
As a Product Management Senior Manager, it will be critical to bring a strategic mindset and passion for product development and customer outcomes while working closely across agile product managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders. Delivery of outcomes will be achieved through ownership of the product backlog, including feature prioritization, transparency into upcoming work, setting of product goals, and clear communication with stakeholders. This role also includes setting product vision and defining the future roadmap for the Servicing Suite of Applications, including MSP, LoanSphere, SHAW, and supporting applications.
