Position Summary

Master Scheduler is accountable for ensuring supply of products to ANZ customers balancing inventory holding with maximum customer service levels and managing the complex supply model of scheduling for local manufacturing, tolling, import and some export for AI technical, bulk and fully finished goods.

Location: Manila, Philippines

The Role

  • Develops short term weekly and longer-term Supply Plan for finished goods, AI Technical and bulk
  • Collaborate with the Wyong production manager & detailed scheduler to build the capacity plan 0-12 months and ensure weekly output to plan in the firm zone. Manage priority setting.
  • Manage gaps and risks in the plan by identifying options, including coordinating with necessary stakeholders (e.g., expedited delivery, additional labor).
  • Use scenarios to evaluate alternate supply solutions as the planners develop a feasible procurement, production and materials distribution plan. Identify options for schedule optimization (cost, capacity, etc)
  • Evaluate options for aged, obsolete & SMI inventory and implement aligned best proposal
  • Maintains close communication with Demand Planner to evaluate changes proposed through the exception process
  • Maintain the relevant master data for existing SKUs including financial flows, and create new master data (SKU Creation, Extension etc.). Support new product introduction by ensuring system preparedness
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize key Planning and Health Check Metrics relevant to MS role.
  • Lead monthly supply reviews, and weekly S&OE for ANZ. Maintain close communication with relevant stakeholders to confirm production plans, deviations from plans, and respond to unexpected events. Own and utilize KPIs to manage process and drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with other F&P and AI planners to ensure timely availability of required products raising necessary PRs and PO’s
  • Manage the Import plan ensuring product is dispatched once production is complete and track shipment ETA’s for AI technical, bulk, formulated good and samples.
  • Generate monthly regional reporting for Operations/Finance 3PP Purchase Plan and 12 month production & capacity plan, inventory and SMI projections and actuals.

The Candidate

  • BA/BS in business, logistics, supply chain, engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Planning or Supply Chain role.
  • Excellent communication skills to create effective interactions with multiple functional groups. Capable of facilitating meetings with stakeholders across manufacturing, procurement and other planning members.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, manufacturing, demand planning, material planning, production planning and scheduling, inventory management, distribution, and customer service.
  • Strong SAP/Excel knowledge and experience in advance planning tool – IBP preferred.
  • APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.
  • Must be proactive and have a data driven approach to solve complex supply challenges.
  • Result driven and self-starter.
  • Knowledge of formulations technology and manufacturing processes is a plus.
