Payroll Services focuses specifically with, on-boarding and maintaining the payroll systems of our clients. Team is responsible for various Payroll Maintenance, Enrollment & Feedback Services activities at a plan level for new and existing clients to Empower.  Activities performed by the team are highly time critical, involve regulatory and monetary impacts which required adequate due diligence, timely response to queries, timely escalation to responsible parties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Performing daily BAU, Quality checks & audits for all Payroll Services activities 
  • Follows-up with various stakeholders for timely resolution.
  • Timely escalation for any delay or issue
  • Responding to email questions
  • Participating in the onshore call when needed
  • Setup of Complex Payroll, Enrollment and for all new clients or make changes to existing clients.
  • Audits all Payroll Service activities for existing clients and new clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and verbal/written communication skills. 
  • 1+ years in financial operations 
  • Good understanding of 401(K) Defined contribution will be an added advantage.
  • Degree from recognized university
  • Intermediate Excel and basic knowledge of Access & SQL
  • Flexible to work in US shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST or 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM IST ) should be flexible as per the business requirement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Good attention to detail required.
  • Excellent time management
