Role Definition
Directs the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives, fosters a high-performance culture and create positive employee experiences.
Responsibilities
• Partnering with senior management as a strategic advisor helping identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
• Acting as a trusted advisor providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits, etc.
• Analyzing HR data to identify trends and opportunities and develop a data-driven recommendations for people decisions.
• Leading team of HR leaders to collaborate effectively with HR Centers of Excellence and serve as thought leaders to the business and HR.
• Developing and implementing change management to facilitate organizational transformation.
