We're Growing Our Talent Acquisition Team

This is a newly added position created to expand the capacity of our Talent Acquisition team. We are hiring two additional Talent Acquisition Partners to support the continued growth of Logan Health and the increasing demand for recruiting support across our organization.

What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a strategic recruiting partner to leaders throughout Logan Health.

You'll:

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, define recruiting strategies and build effective hiring plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and transition to onboarding.
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates using creative and proactive recruiting strategies.
• Develop pipelines for high-demand, specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional, responsive candidate experience.
• Consult with leaders on recruiting trends, candidate availability, compensation considerations and market conditions.
• Use recruiting data and metrics to evaluate results, identify challenges and adjust strategy.
• Develop and implement creative recruitment campaigns and talent attraction strategies.
• Participate in career fairs, community events, networking opportunities and other talent pipeline activities.
• Collaborate with HR, onboarding, marketing and operational leaders to create a seamless candidate experience.
• Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing techniques and best practices.
• Contribute ideas that improve Talent Acquisition processes, technology and overall team effectiveness.
• Support organizational workforce initiatives and special recruiting projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a recruiter who is both relationship-driven and results-oriented—someone who can build trust with a hiring leader, connect with a candidate and independently develop a strategy to fill a difficult position.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and recruiting processes simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring leaders and internal partners.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Preferred

• Healthcare recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume or hard-to-fill positions.
• Experience with passive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Experience with Workday or another applicant tracking system.
• Experience using recruiting data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Experience developing recruitment campaigns or talent attraction strategies.
• Experience partnering with leaders at multiple levels of an organization.

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
