As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or stages within the product lifecycle. The role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and processes to effectively support clients and project teams. Collaboration with different stakeholders and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that software solutions align with business objectives and deliver value throughout the development phases.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of technical efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and project efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and platforms using APIs and middleware.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle, including version control and deployment strategies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
