Solution Advisor – Microsoft Dynamics 

Location: Oslo, Norway 

About the role: 

As a Solution Advisor, you’ll be in day-to-day contact with Arrow’s partners, providing them advice on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (with focus on ERP and/or CRM) solutions and licenses. You will be growing new partnerships and will be considered the first point of contact for the existing partners. 

On this position, you will join the Cloud Sales team in Oslo and will be reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager. You will be collaborating with the internal sales teams, supporting them on the Microsoft Dynamics area. You will be exercising this role within Norwegian market. 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for working with internal teams and external business partners to create offers based on customer requirements 

  • Providing proactive and reactive sales and technical advice on the Microsoft Dynamics solutions and licensing. 

  • Keeping up to date with new products that are introduced, changes in programs, products and licensing, and maintaining product certifications 

  • Preparing presentations and vendor trainings to partners on products and solutions.  

  • Educating partners and internal sales teams, on products, licensing and solutions 

 

Your Profile: 

  • Knowledge of the IT Distribution sector will be considered a plus 

  • Negotiating skills as well as strong communication skills 

  • Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology 

  • Ability to identify and resolve partners issues with excelling at prioritization of the workload 

  • Norwegian and English business language fluent 

  • Ability to cooperate and to work within the team and as an individual contributor
