Housekeeper/Van Driver (CDL Class B w/ Passenger Endorsement Required)

Location: Wheatfield Towers – Niagara Falls, NY
Schedule: Part-Time | 20 hours/week

We’re seeking a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to help keep our senior community clean, safe, and mobile. In this dual role, you’ll handle housekeeping duties and drive our 18-passenger van, making a daily impact on the lives of our residents.

What You’ll Do

Housekeeping Responsibilities:

• Clean common areas, bathrooms, and prepare vacant units

• Follow a regular cleaning schedule

• Track and report supply needs and maintenance issues

Van Driving Responsibilities:

• Transport residents safely to appointments and activities

• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle

• Provide courteous and professional service to residents

What We’re Looking For

• CDL Class B license with Passenger Endorsement (required)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–2 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet

• Committed to providing excellent resident service
