We are seeking a talented individual to join our Learning & Talent Management team at Marsh.
This role will be based in Milano. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of learning and development, including onboarding, training coordination, and analysis of training needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement through effective onboarding and training initiatives.
We will count on you to:
Support the analysis of training needs and planning to align training programs with organizational goals.
Collaborate with the team to plan and organize training courses, including sending invitations, arranging training venues, and preparing training materials.
Provide support in organizing international training programs, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
Liaise with instructors and trainers to facilitate effective training delivery and address any logistical needs.
Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating communications, organizing induction sessions, and fostering engagement among new hires.
Assist in managing funded training plans (Formazione Finanziata) to maximize available resources for employee development.
Contribute to the coordination of mandatory safety training (Formazione Salute e Sicurezza sul Lavoro), ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
Monitor and create reports on courses and local initiatives.
Support colleagues in the proper use of the LMS platform (Workday Learning) to enhance learning experiences.
Contribute to the execution of internal by overseeing all operational aspects, such as calendar coordination, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and preparation of course materials
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in management, Economics, HR, Psychology or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (advanced used of Excel and PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative team-working attitude.
Fluency in English and Italian.
