Project Role : Quality Engineer (Tester)
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Senior Software Tester you are responsible for leading a team of software testers in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. Your day to day activities include Review business requirements to create test scenarios for web based application. A good knowledge of test design techniques and the ability to create comprehensive test cases by applying design techniques. Preferred to have Pega certifications like CSA or CBA. Roles & Responsibilities: -Experience of working under different development methodologies SDLC and STLC (such as Iterative and Agile) -Experience with testing tools like Jira, ALM and test automation software A well-developed understanding of preparing and reviewing test plans, review/sign-off test strategies and scope -Strong experience with executing functional testing. Experience with non-functional testing will be beneficial. -A good knowledge of test design techniques and the ability to create comprehensive test cases by applying design techniques. -Understanding and experience in using Automated Testing tools would be a great advantage. -Strong experience in defect management and defect tracking. -Good knowledge of agile frameworks including SCRUM/Kanban. -Preferred to have Pega certifications like CSA or CBA Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. - Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or HP ALM. - Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium or UFT. - Knowledge of various testing methodologies and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
