Position Highlights:

  • Position: Registered Nurse – Pancreatic Center
  • Location: Northwest Community Hospital – Arlington Heights
  • Full Time: 32 hours/week
  • Hours: Monday – Friday (8am-4:30pm)

General Summary:

Reporting to the Practice Manager or Clinical Supervisor, utilizes the nursing process in the delivery of patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes revising plans of care as indicated.  Works collaboratively through a multidisciplinary team approach to facilitate plan of care, implements and coordinates care progression, monitors and evaluates options and services to meet an individual’s health needs.

What you will need:

  • Education: Successful completion of an Associate’s degree, diploma, or BSN from an accredited school of nursing required, Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
  • Certification: Current CPR certification required.
  • Experience: One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred for most department specific positions.  Specialty experience requirements may vary based on practice.  New RN graduates may be considered for some departments
