Team Overview:


The role is for the Corporate Systems – Finance – Accounts Payables team. AP teams consists of host of applications and integrations mostly on open source technologies – Java, Kotlin, React, Spring boot/Micronaut that are responsible for vendor payments and functions associated around it.
As a Sr. Engineer, you will be executing the engineering design and development of Open Source applications in the Accounts Payables space of Corporate Systems – Finance team.

About You:

  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of software development experience.

  • Excellent communication skills with both business partners and other engineering teams.

  • Familiar with Agile principles and possess a team attitude.

  • Strong problem solving and debugging skills.

  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work with a limited set of requirements.

  • Experience in building applications using Java or Kotlin is a must.

  • Experience in building UI using react/Next.js is preferable.

  • Experience in microservices, Spring Boot/Micronaut, NoSQL databases, and event driven architecture.

  • Experience in building high-performance scalable APIs.
    Experience with NoSQL technologies Cassandra, Elastic search, MongoDB is a plus.

  • Deep experience writing unit and functional tests and test-driven development.

  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines Kafka and Docker experience.
