Le spécialiste DevOps en intégration & livraison continue évoluera au sein d’un équipe d’administrateur de systèmes linux/Windows. Sous le portfolio intergiciel et collaboration, il agira à titre d’expert de l’automatisation du cycle de développement. il offrira également du mentorat à l’équipe en place pour une migration efficace vers l’approche DevOps. Outre la partie CI-CD il sera aussi responsable de l’opération et du maintien des suites de produits relatif à l’écosystème.

Le candidat recherché doit être confortable avec les tâches variées et les défis.

Il doit également être en mesure de travailler efficacement malgré des interruptions fréquentes, et posséder un grand sens de l’autonomie et de la débrouillardise.

Le candidat idéal aura une expérience de développeur et un intérêt marqué pour les solutions en architecture de micro-services. Cette expérience permettra de supporter la communauté de développeurs sous un optique infrastructure dans un environnement traditionnel, sur le cloud et en conteneur.

Responsabilités :

• Gérer, configurer, maintenir et mettre à niveau le logiciel de gestion du cycle de vie des applications sur Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Jenkins, Cloud formation, autres.
• Assurer la configuration et la maintenance globales de diverses fonctionnalités (extensions, agents, notifications, versions, utilisateurs)
• Modifier les modèles de processus, et surveiller et maintenir l’intégrité, l’utilisation et les autorisations de sécurité du système
• Participer à la mise en place et au maintien d’un environnement automatisé de compilation ainsi qu’au lancement des multiples versions des produits offerts par l’entreprise
• Contribuer à l’automatisation des étapes de création et de test dans le cadre du conditionnement et du déploiement des différents applications
• Toute expérience avec des systèmes passerelle API seront un atout
• Gérer la plateforme IBM API Connect ainsi que de supporter les opérations et la communauté de développeur
• Administrer la plateforme Openshift

Critères généraux :

• Détenir un baccalauréat en génie informatique, en génie logiciel ou en informatique ou un DEC en informatique avec expérience pertinente
• Posséder une expérience de deux à cinq ans en gestion de configuration logicielle, en gestion des versions, en processus de développement et d’exploitation ou en développement, ou une expérience équivalente
• Comprendre le français et l’anglais (milieu de travail principalement Anglophone)
• Aimer les tâches variées et difficiles, et apprendre facilement

Expertise technique :

• Expertise dans l’administration et intégration de CI/CD sous diverses plateformes
• Connaissance et expérience pratique des langages C#, C++ ou des langages de script (p. ex. PowerShell, TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, etc.)
• Forte connaissance de l’environnement Microsoft Windows : Serveur, Active Directory, Kerberos, SSO
• Expérience en gestion et intégration OIDC/OAUTH avec RHSSO (net avantage), Keycloak, Okta, ou similaire
• Forte connaissance des outils DevOps et automatisation des test en continu
• Expérience avec les systèmes de conteneurisation (p. ex. OpenShift, Docker, Compose, Kubernetes)
• Expérience avec Microsoft SQL Server ou d’autres outils de gestion de base de données
• Expérience de l’installation, de la configuration et du dépannage de logiciels

Atouts :

• Connaissance de systèmes d’exploitation Unix et langage de script bash et c-shell
• Connaissance de systèmes de CI/CD et relies : Jenkins, GIT, SonarQube, Veracode, Tricentis Tosca
• Expérience avec API Gateways, gestion du  lifecycle de système API avec des platformed tels IBM API Connect (big plus), , Mulesoft API Gateway, Azure API Gateway, ou similaire
• Connaissance des systèmes sécurité OAuth 2.0

Description:

The DevOps specialist in integration & continuous delivery will evolve within a team of Linux/Windows systems administrator. Under the Middleware and Collaboration portfolio, he will act as an expert in development cycle automation. it will also provide mentorship to the existing team for an effective migration to the DevOps approach. In addition to the CI-CD part, he will also be responsible for the operation and maintenance of product suites related to the ecosystem.

The sought-after candidate must be comfortable with varied tasks and challenges.

He must also be able to work effectively despite frequent interruptions and possess a great sense of autonomy and resourcefulness.

The ideal candidate will have developer experience and a strong interest in microservices architecture solutions. This experience will support the developer community from an infrastructure perspective in a traditional environment, on the cloud and in containers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, maintain, and upgrade application lifecycle management software on Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Jenkins, Cloud training, others.
• Ensure the overall configuration and maintenance of various features (extensions, agents, notifications, versions, users)
• Modify process templates, and monitor and maintain system integrity, usage, and security permissions
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of an automated compilation environment as well as the launch of multiple versions of the products offered by the company
• Contribute to the automation of the creation and testing steps as part of the packaging and deployment of the various applications
• Any experience with API gateway systems will be an asset
• Manage the IBM API Connect platform as well as support operations and the developer community
• Administer the Openshift platform

General criteria:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, software engineering or computer science or a DEC in computer science with relevant experience
• Two to five years of experience in software configuration management, version management, development and operations processes or development, or equivalent experience
• Understand English and French (predominantly English-speaking workplace)
• Love varied and difficult tasks, and learn easily

Technical expertise:

• Expertise in the administration and integration of CI/CD under various platforms
• Knowledge and working experience of C#, C++ or scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment: Server, Active Directory, Kerberos, SSO
• Experience in OIDC/OAUTH management and integration with RHSSO (net advantage), Keycloak, Okta, or similar
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and continuous test automation
