Key Responsibilities:

  • Content creation:

    • Produce and edit content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email and print material.

  • Social Media Management:

    • Schedule and monitor social media posts, engage with followers, and analyze metrics.

  • Partnership Fulfillment/Coordination

    • Build and Maintain relationships with HSEC corporate partners to ensure successful collaboration and mutual benefit

    • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, including co-branded content, events and promotions

  • In-Market Activation:

    • Oversee and plan all in-market activations in the Richmond market.

Required Qualifications:

    • Proficient in Microsoft, Canva and social media channels such as: Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Education or higher

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Marketing, Public Relations or Sales in entertainment industry or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience requirement

  • Exposure to and familiarity with similar facility environment

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.

  • Basic understanding of demographics and media buying ability

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of database software, spreadsheet, graphics, and word processing software.

Other Qualifications

Ability to work irregular hours in addition to normal business hours as needed to cover events.
