Position Details:

Overview:
We’re looking for an early-career recruiter or sales-adjacent professional who wants to grow into a full-desk direct hire recruiter. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate engagement, is comfortable on the phone, and wants to build long-term recruiting and client skills in a commission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle direct hire recruiting for external clients
  • Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach
  • Conduct candidate screens and manage candidate pipelines
  • Partner with senior recruiters and leadership to learn client management skills
  • Participate in re-engaging past clients and warm business development outreach
  • Track recruiting activity and progress toward performance goals
  • Grow into managing your own requisitions and client relationships over time

Required Experience:

  • Highschool diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of recruiting experience OR a strong sales/customer-facing background
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship building

Must Haves:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Coachable, accountable, and motivated to learn personality
  • Ability to work independently in an in-person office environment

This position will be a 360-recruiter role, which will require strong outbound communication (phone and email) and sales focused mindset. 

Compensation: Base salary: $45,000–$50,000 + commissions
